Arms Of Love

He pulls himself up on her lap
And wraps small arms around her
His so small lips kiss her cheek
His eyes alive with wonder

He leans his face up to her ear
And whispers sweet and low
I love you mommy with all my heart
I just wanted you to know

She smiles at him and pulls him close
A tear upon her cheek
She holds her child in loving arms
Her heart it skips a beat

I love you son with all I am
And all I will ever be
You have brought me joy and happiness
You've made my life complete

He lays his head upon her chest
Purring like a dove
safe and sound in her arms
Surrounded by her love.
